Unveiled at the 1995 Tokyo Motor Show and released the following year, the Toyota Crown Comfort was a taxi-specification vehicle based on the X80 series Mark II, with a thorough focus on practicality. In 2001, the Crown Sedan, featuring a more luxurious interior and exterior, was added to the lineup. While the Crown Sedan primarily served the demand for official vehicles and taxis, it also gained support from individual owners who preferred a more conservative design, and although not in large numbers, it was also popular as a private car.

The TLV-NEO series, which is always popular, now features a Crown Comfort/Sedan, and this time it's a Crown Sedan in a private car specification. The deep navy blue body color, which gives it a sense of dignity, has been faithfully reproduced. This is a car that will make you nostalgic for the now rare 3-box sedan.
